Upgrading the bike

I went off to the local bicycle shop yesterday to enquire about a more suitable lock for my bike. The shop was organised rather oddly, in my opinion. I did find a section on one wall which had a selection of locks and some other accessories but I had to wait to speak to someone. When this finally happened, he took me to a completely different location where they had some of the same locks along with other brands. Other accesories were organised in similarly odd ways.

So the lock situation was sorted out and I decided I would finally take my bike in to get a full service. I’ve had it for three or four years and never had anything done to it so it is probably due. I know the brakes aren’t quite right so that is a good reason in itself. So next week I am taking it in for service and having the lock installed along with a cycle computer and a light set. It may seem like a new bike when I am finished.
