Isolation
The current COVID outbreak hasn’t turned monstrous as yet. We’re still getting new cases each day but the numbers are staying in the tens and twenties so far. I am honestly surprised but I’m not complaining. Most of the new cases have already been isolating so I guess people by and large are doing the right thing.
As with many other places, the COVID outbreaks have affected supply chains on a lot of essential items. This has been ongoing for weeks now. But now there’s an added problem with the worst flooding in South Australia in 200 years which is preventing trains from getting through with goods. It brought to mind a trail derailment many years ago which prevented a shipment of a pre-ordered game from reaching us in time. Except this is more about essential items. I’m not too sure what the flooding situation is at the moment but I hope the situation improves soon.
