Impressed

I used the new food processor for the first time and it was just awesome to use. I cut a big bowl of mushrooms today for use in a dish I was preparing and it took almost no time at all. I also chopped up the onion and it took three seconds at most. It was a bit more minced than chopped so I might try it in the mini bowl that it comes with for next time. I also sliced up some chorizo sausage and that worked well once I set the cutter to the right thickness. But cleaning out the blade afterwards was enough work I don’t think I’ll try that again. I suspect this works similarly to cheese, which isn’t supposed to be used on the machine as it will void the warranty. Which is a shame since it made one of the ickier jobs a lot less icky…until cleanup, of course. :) I had a friend over yesterday and showed her our new machines and realised I can cook my chickpea and vegetable patties in the new air fryer. It’s looking pretty likely that will be my project tomorrow. :D
